On your booking enquiry we send you an email, a fax or letter with your personal offer. If you want to book we kindly ask you to return the signed rental agreement to us immediately, because otherwise we can’t guarantee that the holiday flat is still available.

With your signature and the returning by letter or fax the booking is binding. If there is another booking in the meantime we will inform you immediately. Also, we will confirm immediately the receipt and validity of your booking per email.

There is weekly intermediate cleaning. Bed clothes are changed once a week, towels twice a week.

After the binding booking advance payment in the amount of 30 per cent of the total rental fee is to be payed. The advance payment is to be transferred to our bank account within a fortnight after booking. Does the payment not arrive within this period of time the lessor may retreat from the rental agreement without notice or compensation.

The lessee may retreat from the rental agreement any time before the starting date of the lease term. Decisive is the receipt of a written cancellation at the lessor. In case of a cancellation, excepting force majeure or the lessor’s blame, 45 days or less before the starting date of the lease term the advance payment is not to be refunded. If the retreat takes place at the starting date or during the lease term the total sum is to be payed.

Fixed and usage-bound costs and a weekly intermediate cleaning are included in the rental fee. A charge in the amount of € 30 is due at the end of the lease term for cleaning.

The rest of the rental fee is to be payed at the start of the lease term.
